The League Latin American Citizens (LULAC) is the nation's largest and oldest civil rights volunteer-based organization that empowers Hispanic Americans and builds strong Latino Communities.  Headquartered in Washington D.C., with more than 1,000 grassroots councils in 37 states,the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, LULAC's programs, services, and advocacy address the most important issues for Latinos, meeting critical needs of today and the future.
 
Currently, there are approximately 15 councils around the state of Florida. View Membership page for listing and contact information. The local councils elect their own leaders and set their own priorities, responding to local and regional needs.This grassroots approach ensures that LULAC reflects the diversity of the Latino American community and shapes its future.
